Its an Asian vine snake(Ahaetulla sp.) Need a better shot of the head to say exactly which species, but could be Ahaetulla prasina,aka short nosed vine snake. That is the one commonly available.Slightly venomous, but not dangerous.Arboreal ,feeds mainly on lizards.
