Posted by: Sonya at Wed May 14 22:02:28 2003 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Sonya ] I just checked the girls I am getting set to breed....They are 230-250 grms. I do tend to weight a bit and that can or can not be the best. Some seem to reproduce better lighter. I am basing mine on feel with the girls and how their lines go. The one I am taking heavier had a grandmother that put it all into pups every litter and didn't do well. If you feel yours are eating and chunky....That said I usually like them to be 3 or 4 months old too. Some get that big much faster than others. And since we are going for feeders and weight and growth is good you want the ones that get there sooner usually. | ||
