My mom found this tadpole in a minnow tank at a convenience store, so she brought it home and we've been wondering what it was ever since. Sorry, but I can't put a picture in. I'll describe it the best I can.



It's brownish-green with little black spots all over it except it's belly. It's belly is kind of a yellowish-white. It's around 2 1/2 to 3 inches. We've had him for around 5 months now and there has been very little change. His head is a tiny bit bigger and shaped a little differently now, but he isn't growing legs. I've been feeding him boiled lettuce, and I keep him in a large plastic bowl since we don't have anything else. When we first put him in the water, he kept swimming to the top and kind of seemed to be sucking in air, but we weren't sure, so we got an air stone and he quit. He always stays pretty still and he likes to stay wedged between the rocks I put in his bowl.



Sorry this was so long. I just really want to know what he is so I know how long it'll take him to grow, so hopefully this is enough info. Thanks for your time!
