So you had a problem, too? After a few hours I tried again and had no problem.

I used to always use them for my fruit flies (when I had little critters) and when I get 250 or more crix. I forgot that 250 is their smallest amount so I might have to use reptiledepot/herpfood.com, which is fine when they ship on time, and only order 100. Not too worried b/c Luna is not eating much and I get her an occasional moth (yes, I do) at the lights.

I would order all my feeders from reptilefood.com if they would offer smaller amounts for us small-timers. I think they are one of the better suppliers online re: their customer service, quality and shipping.
