Hello, this is ASK's Mother (I go to the Mountain Dragon Forum mostly)
She had 2 UTH, one the size for a 5-10 G tank, the other for a 10-20
she put them next to each other on one side of the tank, and has set up her tank to keep track of the heat and humididty for a week or so before she get the actual Snake (Iron out the kinks early)
the 2 heaters do cover about 1/3 of the bottom of the tank, and she was worried that it was uncomfortably warm to the touch after it had been on for a day
She is currently using Newspaper torn in wide strips as a substrate, but will most likely go to Cypress later
(just between you and me, I M very proud of her for all the preperation she is doing)
