Can I heat an AP cage with a sticky undertank heater?..more..

I am looking at the 3'x2'x1' cage from animal plastics for my Suriname Bcc, and I was wondering if I could heat them effectively with a Zoo Med undertank heater, as I have several going spare. I have the size that are made for 20 gallon tanks, but I have several of them, so do you think they would do the trick?
