repti therm UTH???

I was wondering if anyone had any expeirence with this uth and if they would rcomend it or not. Also I think Bigappleherp.com is the cheapest to get it. Does ayone know of any cheaper? Also The tank I have is a 20g Long (30" so I am assuming to get the one that is 14" long, but then I read somewhere that the uth should cover only 1/3 of the tank area. I am still leaning towards half though because I dont remember where I read that and cant find any places that say the same. Thanks again
