...should I make sure he can't feel it, by pinching it or something?? If he can't, where should I clip it...before the black, at the black or a little past the black?? Should I then keep him on paper towels and treat it w/some meds (what kind)until I am sure it's not infected? I have him on wheat bran for the moment.
