Please Help with my baby!!!!

I just changed his cage to a smaller one. When i was checking on him i saw a white flake over his nostril so i just thought he might be starting to shed. But i went back and on both nostrils is like, i dont know powder of the nostrils. Is this from too much calcium. Ive only had for a day now so it couldnt be from me. Should i take it off. Can he breathe?
