From now on instead of waisting alot of money at the vet, go buy a gram scale and keep a weekly weight of your chameleon, from breeding day she should gain another 20-40 grams before laying.
One quick question, if she is the picture of health why are you stressing her out more than needed by taking her to the vet? The only part of my chameleons my vet see's is their poo...unless they are physicialy ill I dont see the point in taking them to the vet. Taking a couple of fresh fecals is a great idea though, that should be done every 6 months as a preventative measure.
Things to expect...they will go over your husbandry with you
They will take a weight
They "might" x-ray her to see the eggs
