I have not kept that species but it sounds like the same problem I have seen with it's cousin T. dhara. I've ended up force feeding pinks until they finally get the idea. Then it's been an even split between those that ate anoles and those who went for mice.

In every case they did not respond to prekilled food. They were stimulated by movement, but seem to be rather shy about people waving it around, though a friend of mine did get one to eat a fuzzy mouse on tongs. A small hide box with the food left inside was successful sometimes.
