Reptisun 10.0 and new 60watt MVB

So I have been looking at alot of lights. And it seems there are 2 new bulbs that I have found. First is the Reptisun 10.0 http://www.reptiledirect.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=898 this plugs into a regular socket. The second I found is a new 60w MVB http://www.uvheat.com/ultimate_uv.htm I am setting up my new cage for a Panther chameleon I am getting. The Panther is young so am building a cage that is small/medium. anyways I was wondering which of these I should use? I was orginally just going to use a reptisun 5.0 as I do with my veiled, but now that I have found these I might get one of them. I am getting the panther from a reptile convention and I was going to buy my lights from there as well as I thought it would save me some money, but now what should I do? Because the reptile convention will probably not have these lights.
