If you look up the ingredients you will find that Indians used those same ingredients for worms and other parastites. It is considered a preventative and will not RID YOUR DRAGON OF parasites. It is kind of like drinking a cleansing drink. Maybe Holistic medicine can work but when there is no proof of it then it is hard to recommend it.
