I live in england so its 6:30pm here and now i have eight all out and some still trying. Its my first clutch so i wasnt sure what they would be like and as soon as i opened the lid one jumped out of the incubator and bolted across the floor like lightning. I have 4 containers lined with moist paper towels and lids on them with holes in and two babies in each so far and they are doing fine. As for the egg sacks, when my babies came out all they had left on their bellies was a pink piece of flesh hanging down but most of them have dropped off already.Beware, when they are born they act like they are dead or something but as soon as you go to look they will be off!! Cheeky little rascals. Anyway, i think this would be the best thing for you to do as it isnt very long before you transfer them to their new homes. Only a day or two. This pic was them last night and eight hours later they are running and trying to bite me. LOL | ||
