I have to admit, you lost me on some of those words. It's difficult to tell from the picture, but at first it looks like two males. I could be wrong, but they seem a bit colorful to be a female. Also, is one of those the male that died? And currently, you only have one?
Without an acclimation time or quarantine time, there's more than one possiblity as to why the loss (sorry, by the way). It's possible that the second uro had an existing problem before you got him/her. Also, I'd acclimate any new uro to the new enviroment before introducing to another.
MAybe someone with more medical experience can shed some more light on it.
