First off, I am only guessing in my opinion below. The only realy way to find out is to write or call the local ministry of fish and wildlife (or whatever they call that in the states) to clarify if hybrids are included in that law.

That said, it is my opinion that your creamsicle, being a hybrid of the rat snake, won't be included as it's not a naturally occuring example of the species.
