Unless your expecting to be raided anytime soon I wouldnt worry about it.And then I wouldnt worry about it.Unless you point it out how would they even know?I have family members,one a police commisioner(sp)and several others(officers) who have seen my leopard tort when it was just a hatchling.Illnios's law forbids any tortoise or turtle under 6 inches.Im sure if i was in the dept of natural resources dancing naked with protected,endangered rattlesnakes I could get a fine.But Im not planning on doing that just yet...Paul.
