sounds like the beginning of metabolic bone disease, give him calcium d3 and vitamins with their food, and make sure u have uvb/uva fluorescent or mercury vapor bulbs within a good distance like 10-12 inches away thats for the flourescent that is i don't know the distance for the mercury vapor, and take him to the vet if its real bad , but with the vitamins and calcium d3 in the food and uvb bulb they should be ok i'm assuming if they are wild caught that u already took them to the vet, if u haven't then u should take them
