Prolapse occurence with a basin??

My 15 month old female Nikoli basin has got a prolapse. She passed a very large hard white urate. Since then she is all swollen above her vent and there is pink rectal muscle hanging out. Dont know wut to do. She is hanging her tail like she needs to poo but its been days and they skin hasnt retracted. How do i go about fixing this. LOL snake wasnt cheap...looking for multiple answers.
