Posted by: buffysmom at Thu Aug 26 11:05:00 2004 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by buffysmom ] My yearling corn is pretty skittish. I got her at just under a year & she probably wasn't handled much or at all. I'm trying to calm her down by handling her regularly, but she also regularly poops on me when I do! I try to keep handling her for a while after she poops, before I put her back in her cage, so she doesn't start associating pooping on me w/ going back home. Is there anything else I can do to discourage this behavior? It doesn't seem to matter how many days after eating I hold her (I always wait 3 days). [ Hide Replies ]
