I am sure it must be a temporary problem - maybe he did have to go out of town or something like that or had an emergency as you suggested. But I don't think it is anything long term that you have to worry about. I am sure he will get back to you as soon he is able to. As Kat said, he is known for great customer service. As she also said, we all get emails that just won't go through for some reason, so always include a phone number just in case yours is one of those. [ Hide Replies ]
