UV Lighting question!

1) First question What is the difference between a wide spectrum bulb and a full spectrum bulb?



2) The Syvania Sunstick where can I get one?, and are there any bulbs better or the same as the sunstick. What I trying to do is compare as many bulbs as I can based on output and price ($$$$), as I am getting tired of forkingout the large pricetage for a ReptiGlo 8.0($29-$45) from Exo-terra and wanted to know if there where any other options availabe.
