It is a snake eater. It has a short active period as it does not tolerate cold well and therefor is the first to set up for winter and the last out in the spring. As for the dione, it is a northern locality and is from the mountain areas about 50K East of Seoul. The one pictured was brought to my farm so we could use it over the few weeks of shooting. I have caught a few dione's in the past but had never had much luck getting them to eat and always released them at the first sign of weight loss but this one readily took a hopper two days after capture. | ||
