Well as everyone knows, My burm has issues when it comes to eating. I fed mine when I just got her every 3 days, then she went off feed for a month, and know I am feeding every three days again to make up for lost time. I had left her alone and cranked up the heat and she is eating live again. She is a very private eater, and if I walk in the room she will back track off the food. I have to sit so quiet in the back of the room with the lights off until she eats it and swollows it, to make sure she does not get bit (the things we do). See if that works, I also once turned the lights off in her tank and she ate that way. I would use a rat pup if she is that small, and just leave her be, it cant hurt her, and then when she eats those then go to a mouse.
