Raise your temps a little bit get it around 85-86 the ambient temp in the cage you said is 65 that is way too low. you want the ambient about 76 and the hot about 85. that could be the problem try that and see how it goes. i too use human heating pads set on medium cause that makes the temps great a little high but thats the way my corns like it.
