Sometimes the term "frosted" means hybridization with a grey ratsnake, but other people will also use the term to mean that the saddles have a lot of white on them, even if the cornsnake is pure.

Again, I'd say it depends on the snake, if it is a hybrid or a pure corn. If it's pure corn, a checkerless belly does signify motley or striped (it also can signify milksnake phase influence or bloodred influence as well). Sometimes, or so I've heard, a motley cornsnake may have a few belly checkers, but this is supposedly a very rare thing. If the snake is a hybrid with a grey ratsnake, I'm not sure what the belly would look like, as I don't have experience with these kinds of snakes.
