It looks more like a normal to me than a hypo, especially with the dark/black longitudinal striping evident. Good color, very thin saddle borders, like others said, maybe het hypo but I'd call it a normal from those pics.

FYI, in my opinion, the color of the saddle checkers doesn't indicate hypo vs. normal. In fact, in my collection, I have more normals with faded out belly checkers and hypos with solid black checkers than the opposite scenario.
