About how long each day does everybody's jax spend basking? I ask because mine rarely ever moves from his spot. When he does he moves just a few inches. Normally, if a reptile spends all its time on one side of the enclosure, it means you need to make a heating adjustment, but I know chams are a little different than other reptiles, so that is why I want to ask. I have 2 40W bulbs now, should I try 60W? Does he just need longer to acclimate (I have had him about 10 days now)? He just doesn't seem to explore his enclosure very much. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but doesn't hurt to ask! Many thanks.
