This is the only pair of Cornsnakes that I have. The female is really large for a 2yr old and is a little bigger than her mate. My question concerns breeding. She is definitely large enough for breeding in the Spring but if I do will this stunt her growth? Most of her food will go into producing eggs and not available for her to reach her maximum size. I want the very best for this pair and don't want to compromise either of them if breeding would do that. What is the opinion of the folks on this forum? Will my girl continue to grow if I breed her? Or would this slow her physical growth in an obvious way? | ||
