I only go into one or two local pet stores, and that is just because i need crickets, and living in a very rural area where ups refuses to deliver. I hate seeing species that are mixed carelessly; then you risk alienating the shop owners if you open your mouth. but my boyfriend and me can never keep our mouths shut and usually get glared at by the "expert" employees while we loudly declare the setup's flaws. my only solution is to shop at just one local store which cares for its animals well. i would rather drive 20 miles there than go to a flawed shop that is closer! i really wish there was a "required reading" book that people had to see before purchasing or even catching wild herps if it weren't impossible. | ||
