I agree with whoever said to use a plant saucer as a hide. Get one that is just big enough for him to fit tightly into. They feel more secure when it's tight in their hides. I would also get at least 2 hides as well. Put one on the warm side and one on the cool side. This way he won't have to sacrifice comfort for security and vice versa. Good luck!
