especially if you use a tub like a rubbermaid or a sterilite to keep rats/mice in.. they WILL chew out givin enough time..



the key is to find a tub with almost NO inner lips for the mice/rats to get a teeth hold into.



Vanness cat litter pans work well for mice, and cement mixing tubs work well for rats. Restraunt buss tubs work well for BOTH kids as well, but are expensive in most places.
