I don't blame you for not trusting feeders from pet stores. The only way I trust them is if I know who their whole-saler is on things like crickets, rats, etc. Rats I don't need to buy anymore... I breed all my own.. and gerbils for the pinks...plus when my Sav gets older he can take almost full grown ones. I bought a colony of 2000 mealworms a year ago....I produce over 3000 every 2 months or so... alot of those go to feeding my geckos...4 hatchlings and 2 adults....I was amazed at how many they could pack away.. *L* No plans to breed any roaches right now, though I am trying superworms now.
