So what do you write on box-paperwork

I know when I ship something UPS they ask whats in the box, is it fragile? I know they will not knowingly ship reptiles, no place will. So what do you recommend writing? and what are the odds they will open the box? Also, I am always concerned the snake or whatever is going to move around in the box, even if shipped in a fabric bag in a box full of styrofoam and aspen shavings. Sheesh! Why does this all have to be so difficult?
