Don't panic. Chances are the fly is fine. Wild chams have the same chances to pick up a diseased insect too, and if the cham is healthy its immune system can fight off occasional invaders. If you were feeding a lot of wild caught flies there would be more chance of trouble. Flies can make very good feeders if you raise them yourself.
