Baby Nosy Be question

I just got my first panther(not first chameleon though), I was just wondering when I should use a night light on him, maybe if it gets below below 60(I dont think it will but)? Another thing, this is the youngest chameleon ive bought, only 1 1/2 months, and he has not started to show his colors yet I know that can take about 6 mo. but he has very defined red on his neck and far front portion of his underside, is this common in nosy bes or did I possibly get something else by mistake.Thank you for any heelp.
