Im not sure what you mean by powder milk lights. But depending on how long the chameleon has had the problem. your best bet is to take it to a vet. The vet will tell you what to do. He will have to deside on the amount of calcium to give it. They give them calcium shots, if it is not to late. they get metabolic bone disease. And it is Irreversible. Hope'fully he will be able to save it for you. Good luck.....Scott...P.S. I had this in a chameleon some one brought back and I was able to save him. It took a little work but he's ok now.
