So this is obviously a question for those experienced with hatching Uroplatus eggs.



I'm sitting on this one clutch of eggs from a pair of my Spear points and they've just hit the 91 day marker. On the 89th day one of the eggs started to turn yellow in color. Neither of the eggs have been moved and are being incubated at 72 degrees fahrenheit, which is what I incubate all my ebans and satanics at. All of my clutches thus far have hatched between 81 and 85 days, so hitting 91 days is a bit long for me. Anyone have any input or insight to this. Temps have remained constant but spiked up to 82 degrees for a few days because of the heat wave we had in Pasadena and my airconditioning not working. I've never had an egg turn any colors while incubating, they either live or just die and noticably die. I was thinking about cracking it open but don't have the nerve to do it yet. The other egg is still white and color and looks like it will pop any day now too.
