I am getting one male and several females next week - all WC.



I have a 29 gallon aquarium for them. I had an extra reptisun 5.0 laying around so I am using that for a light - should help the live plants. I am not using a basking light. The temp seems be between 67 and 75 and the humidy is usually around 75-100.



I used crushed/ground coconut husks all along the bottom (prob. 4/5 inches worth) and some coconut bark over that in a few places. I baked some leaves (to kill germs, fungus, etc.) and placed them in there. I have two live plants that I kept in the pots - a fern and a palm (plants have been cleaned). I also put in some moss and polished stones here and there. There is also a drift wood fixture will about 10 sticks laying around - some in the air but not too high.



There is hardly any info on these guys other then Ad-Cham and a UK sight, I cant find a comprehensive care sheet on them. I was wondering what kind of light cycle they need. I was going to go with 12 hours on and 12 off. Maybe a 10/14 schedule during the winter.



I have some of the larger fruit flies, house flies, tiny silkworms, and some of my wax and butter worms are prob. tiny enough for them to eat.



I know several peeps here have either owned them at one point or still do. Any info, suggestions, or comments on my enclosure for them will be greatly appreciated.



I live 5 minutes from one of the BEST vet schools in the US (Cornell, Ithaca NY). So I plan on bringing them in for a checkup.
