What are his basking temps? Maybe he is getting too close to his heat lamp... I can't think of much else. Keep an eye on them, and if they are fungi they will likely grow in size. In that case i would recommend a vet trip asap, they can prescribe something to take care of it quickly before a lot of damage is done.
