Issey eating better

Actually, I am getting better with the tongs. He still has to be forced to eat by getting mad and opening his mouth. I have been feeding him wax worms. I ordered the parazap. I am beginning to suspect that my little guy is wild captive. He really wants out of that cage. Here are two concerns.One is it normal for these lizards to just drift off to sleep while you are engaged with them? Sapphira doesn't do this (bearded dragon). I really think Issey needs a cage mate. If he is wc, would this be wise. I am making arrangements to get a female if you think this would be to his benefit. I just want a happy lizard and I won't drive out to Arizona and let him go.
