Were all from New Mexico...south central location to be exact. Their colors were much more drab that what is seen in the Colorado, Utah areas. I'll see if I can dig up my old baileyi photographs, or get my buddy who lives out there to take some new pictures for me :P



I know of one other person that lives in New Mexico that sees a number of the baileyi in that region. He sent me a few babies several years ago, and they were the first lizards I ever bred in captivity. The males had very little yellow on them, but of course color was very variable.
