RE: croc monitor size

I am asking the question simply because I have not owned a croc monitor before, and I wanted to know if those dimensions would be ok for a sub-adult. I know for a fact that the cage I was going to build for it when it was full grown would be large enough, seeing that it would probably be about 160 square feet at the minimum. I just wanted to know if a sub-adult would be fine in the cage dimensions that I originally posted.
