wow, 16 and back surgery? i thought i was bad at 24 with two shot knees. people on this forum have been talking about using parazap to get rid of bugs, which would get you some meds for them without having the vet fee. if you really want to take them to the vet, maybe the parazap could buy you some time till things calm down.

my vet will let me take in one lizard and if he/she has bugs then he gives me enough medicine for all the ones who live together, which does help cut down on costs.

as for jobs, are you good in any subjects? could you tutor people for a little money? do you know anyone with babies who you could baby sit? if they can't walk then you would not really have to run after them. i this helped somewhat.
