ATTENTION - TWH!!!

I wanted to thank you for the advise as it worked well. I have one last question regarding my Helix system. First, do you use a Helix? Second, it was somewhat unclear to my when reading the instruction guide whether or not I can use extension cords. I understand they do not recommend surge protectors since one is built in the Basic 1001 power unit. Can I hook up extension cords from the power unit to several different racks? This is the only other concern I have and may be contributing to may lack of proper heat distribution.



I got the temps in my first 5 shelf unit right where I wanted them. Now, it is an issue when I hook up the other set of five via an extension. What are your thoughts on this? I have a cord directly from the power module, and a cord hooked into this cord that runs to my second 5 shelf unit.
