hasnt defecated yet

i got my blood on 9-5 and she has eaten 3 meals so far and hasnt defecated. the length of time is not worrying me because my ball generally takes awhile too, its the "stuff" i feel in her. i can feel a lot of urates, poo etc.. in her. i have soaked her twice. what else should i do? should i just wait some more? i think she is trying to defecate because she pees in her humidity hide and cage but its never the hard white urates. well any advice would be great.
