Thanks for the comments. You've inspired me and now I can't stop taking pictures!! 
Yes, the Sheltopusik is surely an awesome lizard. It's great because he can stay outside for so much longer than the collareds without showing any signs of decreased appetite. I have never induced brumation for the little limbless creature, but it would be interesting to see how well he does under those conditions.
