Het Miami?

Isn't "Miami Phase" simply a flavor of "Normal" same as "Okeetee"?

In other words it either depicts animals that can trace thier genetic background to a particular location OR animals that have pattern and or coloration that fit the viewer's definition of "Miami" phase or Okeetee" phase?

If this is the case, then I don't see how anything can be "Het Miami".......or am I wrong about this..........???
