Reptile did an article on them a few months back if you need any more info on them. It was a good article (something reptiles is lacking latley) and almost made me want to get one, I had no idea that they were so small though, I pictures and adult about the same size as a water dragon, I guess not LOL.

Nice work with the kids, the teeth from the bite may have broke the skin, but not much pain, more of a shock of being biten, I have actually gotten my corns to bite me to show the kids that it does not hurt, the 4-5 month old hatchlings are great for that.
