A few reminders: Supplements are just that! They should be considered "gap fillers" to a good quality fresh gutload. If you aren't feeding your insects well all the dusts and supplements you care to try won't make up the difference. Most pet shop commercial gutloads aren't very complete, so read the labels and compare them. Fresh dark leafy greens, veggies, fruit, and fortified cereal grains make a good mix. Make sure that you get both a mineral (calcium etc) supplement AND a vitamin supplement. You'll need to use them on different schedules, not daily except for tiny fast growing babies. Don't store the 2 mixed together. Over time the vitamins and minerals alter each other's chemistry. It's fine to mix them when preparing insects for feeding.
